OMG yay good news!

Firstly, I finally got a bit of sleep - this is big and it's wonderful! Hopefully I broke the cycle of insomnia, crossing fingers.

Secondly, today's visit with the oncologist was worth the wait since we got the results of yesterday's CT scan (yes, it went that fast!) and comparing with the one from August my tumors are stable, one lymph node has increased slightly however another one has decreased slightly which is a welcomed surprise! All this with a decreased chemo dosage and two breaks from treatments totaling a good three weeks' worth.

Thirdly and most importantly, my remaining kidney is doing better and is functioning almost normally which is a huge relief after the recent scare of renal insufficiency. If my kidney goes I'm done for so this for me is the biggest relief as it was the most pressing medical issue.

To say I'm relieved is an understatement, specially after yesterday's struggles.

It all boils down to this:

I'm not saying I'm strong, most days I certainly don't feel as if I am. Strength comes from those helping me stay alive and I appreciate each and every one of you.

This win is for you.💖
